My Journey Into Travel

I hold a Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism Management from the University of Ladakh, where I studied sustainable tourism, responsible travel practices, destination development, and community-based tourism models.
But while academics taught me the theory of tourism, the mountains taught me everything else  patience, resilience, cultural understanding, and the beauty of slow travel.

For years, I’ve explored remote Himalayan regions, local cultures, offbeat villages, and hidden natural wonders. These journeys helped me realise that travel is not just about ticking places off a list, it’s about immersing yourself in the stories, people, landscapes, and emotions that make a destination truly unforgettable.

My Professional Role Today

I currently manage Marketing at Aquafire Adventures, where travel, storytelling, and adventure come together.
